I'm continuing my Human Canvas series. For this I liked the idea of "blending in" with one's surroundings. It took about 4 1/2 hours to paint. Model is Rachel Curry.

Rain on my Parade

Here is one of my assignments that I did for my Advanced Fashion Critique class at SVA. The assignment was to do "street style photography", but of course it had to be fashionable. Since I live in NYC I constantly see men dressed in suites hustling and bustling all around the city. I wanted to make fun of these stereotypical businessman. Specifically on how they all look the same and are almost always straight faced. I wanted these photos to be full of color and character. I like exaggerating things and making people stick out from the "norm".
